Yamaha 5000 1980s - Red

80s Yamaha 5000 drum kit in a red wrap finish
Sizes: 16x22, 16x16, 9x13, 8x12.
I believe the shell is made of a mix of Mahogany with Birch or Beech.

Great, solid overall condition. It's definitely in player's grade, as it has nicks & scratches, like all 80s kits do. Some pitting on hardware, which I believe is simple enough to get cleaned up with some patience.
Other than the scratches, the wrap is in great condition - no bubbling or cracking.

Comes with floor tom legs and the pictured double tom mount - both original, I believe.
Original hoops and all other hardware, I believe.
These vintage Yamahas are of very high quality and they sound absolutely fantastic.
They have fairly old heads on them at the moment, and I have a small pile of others I could swap them for - depending on condition, perhaps a small fee could be arranged for this. Please get in touch before purchasing if you'd like nicer heads on it.
I currently have a couple LeBlond-style cases I have it in, which I'm including in the price. I think I have one for the kick and a floor tom one, too.
Please note that any other hardware, mics or mic stands in the pictures isn't included.
