General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We organize the shipping. Well packed, insured when doing direct checkout. The buyer is responsible for paying additional import, reply on customs email / calls and do the import itself. And yes, we offer all assistance & service :-)
Restocking fee % - yes that's higher then we like. Reverb is not paying back our payment fees with a refund, sorry for that.
