General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
All returns must be approved by Zeke’s Guitars & Mercantile.
Returns must be submitted via email and approved prior to shipping. A restocking fee may apply in some cases.
All guitars, pedals, and amps have a 48-hour approval period. For online sales, you have 48 hours upon receiving the gear to get a full refund (minus shipping and any processing fees) as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped. Buyer is responsible for all insurance and shipping costs.
If the received gear doesn’t reflect the description, you’ll get a full refund with no charge.
