General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns Policy: Zaolla Silverline offers a money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your Zaolla purchase, we will refund the purchase price upon your return of the product. This return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, your Zaolla product will continue to be covered by our limited lifetime warranty. To be eligible for a refund, your item should not reflect signs of product abuse. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Zaolla Silverline reserves the right to refuse refunds or extend partial refunds in certain situations. These situations include, but are not limited to, the following: Products with obvious signs of abuse, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow adequate time for the refund to post, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to request a return authorization. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with a tracking option or purchasing shipping insurance.
