La Wood Brass Company S.r.l, è un negozio di strumenti musicali, con sede in Modugno in un locale a piano terra parte di un edificio storico ex “Mulino Tamma”, sulla via Cesare Battisti n. 87 (strada per Bitetto).
Oltre 15 aziende hanno sposato il nostro progetto, divenendo fornitori dei propri prodotti e servizi ed al momento contiamo 200 clienti fidelizzati oltre al sito e-commerce.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
Leggere attentamente le condizioni sotto esposte, in quanto saranno considerate lette ed accettate all’atto dell’acquisto. Per eventuali chiarimenti contattatemi senza esitare.
1) La vendita comprende tutto e solamente quanto fotografato.
2) Non si risponde per danneggiamenti,smarrimenti o mancata consegna da parte del vettore postale/ corriere
3) La legislazione vigente nell’ Unione Europea prevede che anche i privati siano tenuti a dare garanzia sugli oggetti venduti, a meno che tale garanzia sia esplicitamente esclusa al momento della vendita.
4) La merce è venduta “cosí com’è”, con esclusione esplicita di qualsiasi forma di garanzia.
5) All’atto della vendita l’acquirente accetta incondizionatamente l’esclusione di ogni forma di garanzia.
SERVIZIO DI SPEDIZIONE
1) la merce viaggia a rischio e pericolo dell acquirente ,non si risponde per eventuali disservizi/danneggiamenti a causa del vettore postale.
2) Il pagamento è da effettuarsi ,salvo diversi accordi, tassativamente entro giorni 3 dal termine dell’acquisto
3) Per acquisti multipli l’acquirente paga un solo invio in base al peso ed alle dimensioni del pacco.
4) Sono escluse spedizioni con pagamento in contrassegno.
5) Le spedizioni saranno tracciabili.
6) Non si effettuano in alcun caso consegne a mano.
RESTITUZIONI
1) La restituzione dell’oggetto sará concordata tra le parti solo in caso di palese e dimostrata non conformitá con le descrizioni E le fotografie contenute nell’iniezione dell’oggetto che l’acquirente riceverà.
2) La segnalazione di non conformitá andrá effettuata per iscritto con e-mail di reclamo entro 7 giorni dal ricevimento della merce.
3) Il rimborso avverrá previa restituzione anticipata della merce; le spese di spedizione saranno a carico dell’acquirente.
4) La merce dovrá ritornare al mittente nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stata inviata
5) Il rimborso avverrá tramite bonifico bancario o, in alternativa, in altre forme di pagamento da concordare.
FEEDBACK
1) Il venditore rilascerá feedback dopo aver ricevuto quello dell’acquirente.
2) Il Feedback negativo danneggia entrambe le parti e può essere perseguito ( Art. 595 c. 1,2,3 CPP, Art. 30 c. 4 e 5 LN 223/90 ) in caso di giudizio negativo immotivato, ingiustificato, diffamante e non comprovato; la pubblicazione su web è equiparata alla carta stampata e costituisce pertanto diffamazione e danneggiamento all’immagine personale ed aziendale.
3) Prima di emettere un feedback negativo è opportuno chiarire il problema tra le parti alla ricerca di una soluzione.

1) The sale includes everything and only what is photographed.
2) We are not responsible for damage, loss or non-delivery by the postal carrier / courier
3) The legislation in force in the European Union provides that private individuals are also required to give guarantees on the items sold, unless this guarantee is explicitly excluded at the time of sale.
4) The goods are sold "as is", with the explicit exclusion of any form of guarantee.
5) At the time of sale, the buyer unconditionally accepts the exclusion of any form of guarantee.
SHIPPING SERVICE
1) the goods travel at the risk and peril of the buyer, we are not liable for any disservice / damage due to the postal carrier.
2) Payment is to be made, unless otherwise agreed, strictly within 3 days from the end of the purchase
3) For multiple purchases, the buyer pays only one consignment based on the weight and size of the package.
4) Shipments with cash on delivery are excluded.
5) Shipments will be traceable.
6) Under no circumstances will hand deliveries be made.
REFUNDS
1) The return of the object will be agreed between the parties only in the event of clear and demonstrated non-compliance with the descriptions and photographs contained in the injection of the object that the buyer will receive.
2) The non-compliance report must be made in writing with a complaint email within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
3) The refund will take place after the goods have been returned in advance; shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
4) The goods must return to the sender in the same conditions in which it was sent

FEEDBACK
1) The seller will release feedback after receiving the buyer's feedback.
2) Negative Feedback damages both parties and can be prosecuted (Art. 595 c. 1,2,3 CPP, Art. 30 c. 4 and 5 LN 223/90) in case of unjustified, unjustified, defamatory negative judgment and not proven; publication on the web is equated to printed paper and therefore constitutes defamation and damage to the personal and corporate image.
3) Before issuing negative feedback it is appropriate to clarify the problem between the parties in search of a solution.
