RETURN POLICY: All standard items are returnable up to 30 days after receipt of the item. If you need to make a return for any reason, a return authorization is required. Returns of standard items can be as an exchange or refund of original purchase price, less shipping charges. Custom order items are not returnable, however are still covered under our manufactures warranty. All items must be in original packaging and be in like new condition. If items are not in like new condition they may be returned to the buyer or a 20% restocking fee may be applied. Return shipping charges and insurance are the sole responsibility of the customer unless there was an error by Wireworld Inc. All goods are shipped FOB destination.
