TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE - USA DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
We provide all customers with a 3 day inspection period following receipt of the instrument. On the 4th day the instrument is considered sold if we do not hear from you due to the delicate nature of the instrument.

We cannot accept a return if the instrument has been used in band / orchestra / etc or modified in any way including polishing.

All new instruments must be returned in new condition with all original factory packaging and paperwork.

SET UP
We set up the instrument unless note otherwise in the ad.

Musician may wish to take the instrument to his / her own technician and place their specific demands upon the instrument. Under no circumstances shall Winds101 be held liable for modifications outside of Winds101
