Shipping Policy
We will ship with tracking to the UK, Europe, continental United States, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and other international countries. International shipments may incur additional charges, such as import duties and taxes. Unfortunately any Brand New Gibson Guitars are only available to ship within the EU.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
For any international shipments where a delivery has been refused or where the goods haven't cleared customs and are returned to us, the buyer will be liable for the original outbound and return shipping costs. Please note that import duty and taxes may be applicable for sales outside the UK and are the responsibility of the buyer.
