Shipping & Packing
At Wood’s Guitar Shop, every instrument is packed with the same care we would want for our own gear. Our shipping rates reflect the best available carrier rates and include appropriate insurance, quality packing materials, and the time required to prepare each order safely for transit.
We currently ship within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations, please send us a message before purchasing so we can confirm available shipping options and provide an accurate quote.
Your gear matters to us. We pack carefully, communicate clearly, and take every reasonable precaution to help ensure your purchase arrives safely and ready to enjoy. Questions or special shipping requests are always welcome.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

At Wood's Guitar Shop, we are dedicated to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy:
Eligibility for Returns:
New Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Used Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or wear.
All original packaging and materials (manuals, tags, accessories, etc.) must be included.
Inspection Upon Return:
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as when they left our shop.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to additional fees or refusal of the return.
Return Process:
For returns not due to defects or errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be shipped back using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Clearance items, custom orders, or used products sold "as-is" are not eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly noted in the product listing.
