Our shipping rates reflect the best possible rates we can secure and include the cost of insurance to protect your purchase, high-quality packaging materials to ensure safe transit, and the labor involved in carefully handling and packing your order. We currently ship to the continental USA, and for destinations outside of this area—including Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations—please message us before purchasing to discuss potential shipping options and pricing. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Eligibility for Returns:
New Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Used Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or wear.
All original packaging and materials (manuals, tags, accessories, etc.) must be included.
Inspection Upon Return:
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in the same condition as when they left our shop.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to additional fees or refusal of the return.
Return Process:
For returns not due to defects or errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be shipped back using the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Clearance items, custom orders, or used products sold "as-is" are not eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly noted in the product listing.
