Conditions particulières
Westlake Pro accepts returns on new, unopened items within 30 business days of the original purchase date. Returned products must be returned in brand-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, cables, and accessories. Refunds are issued for the product value only, and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order includes free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If any brand-new, factory-sealed product is returned after use, we may charge up to a 50% restocking fee if the product or packaging is not returned in the specified condition. Westlake Pro reserves the right to refuse any return that is opened or used and not in the same condition as when it was initially shipped to the customer.
**Vintage or Used Gear (see Special Conditions)**: At its sole discretion and at no additional cost to the buyer, Westlake Pro reserves the right to assess repair costs to determine if proceeding with repairs is the most cost-effective option, provided the buyer has notified Westlake Pro within the 14-day return window, before issuing a refund for any vintage or used items.
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Computers and computer products
- Special orders
- Software
- Oversized or overweight items
- Custom cables
- Furniture
- Discontinued products, closeouts, and used products
- Personal items (e.g., earphones, instrument mouthpieces)
- Microphones
