Shipping Policy
We do ship Worldwide
We know that shipping is an important piece of the trade,
so we do always send the instruments with: UPS Insured or FedEX/TNT.
For a smaller package we offer also a standard delibery by postal method traceable.
We are actually able to send it the 2 working days after the payment.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you report that you have received a defective or damaged product, you must send us a video and photos to support it.
We don't accept return for change mind and similar for used, rare and vintage.
If you decide to return goods, you must ship to us yourself and using a traceable method.
After return and due inspection, if the defect / damage is confirmed and due to external causes not attributable to the customer, we will issue the refund due less shipping of order (if gratis, the cost are 15euro).
Se si segnala di aver ricevuto un prodotto difettoso o danneggiato, occorre inviarci un video e foto a supporto.
Non accettiamo resi per cambio idea o simili sui prodotti usati, vintage e rari.
Se si decide per il reso merce, dovrà essere a propria cura, con metodo tracciabile.
Dopo rientro e il dovuto controllo , se il difetto/danno è confermato e dovuto a cause esterne non imputabili al cliente, emetteremo , il rimborso dovuto al netto delle spese di spedizione di andata(in caso di spedizione gratis equivale ad euro 15).
