Vision Guitar ships worldwide via USPS and UPS. We ship within 24 hours of payment. We are glad to offer combined shipping for multiple items.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must contact us first for a return authorization number. Returns or exchanges can only be made within 14 days of the sale of the item, no exceptions. Items must be returned with all original packaging and contents and in new condition or we will not be able to process your return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns, no exceptions. There are no returns on any Universal Audio gear, installed pickups, pickguards, opened tubes, used pre-wired kits, or any parts that have been used, installed or soldered. There is a minimum return/restocking fee of $4 on smaller items that were shipped free. All policies are at the discretion of the seller. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions, we are here to help. There are no returns on international transactions.
