We ship with tracking worldwide. International shipments will incur additional charges please contact us for rates. All shipments will be professionally packed. We usually ship by UPS or USPS. All shipments are fully insured. Customer pays all shipping, insurance and any bank charges on any returned merchandise. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer. Not selling to certain countries. International customers must contact us for shipping rates. For most countries shipping is $295 pro-packed in a large box. Shipping to Australia & New Zealand is $495. Shipping to Some countries is by request only.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Return Policy Any Guitar Returns must be authorized by the store. Guitars returned within the 24-hour approval period are refunded in full, MINUS shipping charges. Instrument must be returned in same condition as shipped. Amplifiers and effects are non returnable and non refundable. Buyer is responsible for the instrument during approval period. Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable. Buyer pays for prompt return shipping. Item must be shipped back via a service comparable with which it was delivered, immediately upon return authorization.
