Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. Shipping rates will be exact to your address and will be applied at time of purchase.
Returns must be shipped same method and all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and associated fees are the responsibility of the customer who is wishing to return the products.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Any damages obtained to the instrument while in the customers care (excluding shipping to and from, as long as insurance has been paid in full on all return packages) is the responsibility of the customer. Any repair work needed (in the instance of damage while in the buyers care) will be completed by professional luthiers, in which after the repairs have been completed to original proportions, the remainder of the amount (in $ CAD ) will be returned to the customer.
Returns are to be shipped back using the exact same method and insurance coverage as it was sent in, at buyers cost. Returns are not accepted otherwise. If the buyer chooses not to return it in this manner, and the instrument is damage, the cost will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted within two days of arrival to buyer, and only if instrument is insured to full value, initially to the buyer, and again while being returned to seller.
If not, you forfeit the amount equaling the cost of repairs completed by a professional luthier, if the instrument happens to be damaged in your care, from its time of arrival to your possession, and back into mine. If the cost of repairs exceeds the insured value, and the instrument is damaged by fault of improper packaging, you forfeit the difference in the cost of the repairs. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the above terms.
