All items are inspected prior to shipping, packed securely by our experienced staff, insured and shipped worldwide via DHL. A tracking number will be issued shortly after shipment, but it may take some time to be reflected especially on weekends and holidays.

International orders will be declared as “merchandise” and the value of merchandise will be declared as the amount paid. We are unable to declare orders as gifts or lower their declared values. The customers might be charged duties and import taxes when receiving their shipments.

We are experienced in international shipping and ship packages to more than 200 countries and regions worldwide, but are not familiar with all the customs rules. As these rules are changing all the time, we encourage you to contact your local customs office if you have specific questions.

*US residents: Please note that you may need to provide an ID such as SSN, TIN, or EIN to US Customs to receive imported goods valued over $2500.
