Since 1986, Uncle Ike's has been serving all the nieces and nephews with their music gear needs. Located right on the Mississippi in cozy Dubuque, Iowa. We have a newly expanded 10,000 square foot showroom and stock over 800 guitars from many of the top manufacturers. We have been selling online since 1995 and have a professional shipping department that guarantees you get your item quickly and safely. Come and visit us either online or in person. All items will be securely packaged and shipped by Fedex Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS Ground Advantage, depending on the size and dimensions, and applicable shipping charges. Shipments typically leave daily at 4:00 CST and orders placed before 12:00 CST will usually be shipped the same day. Large and used items that may require extra packaging time may take a additional day. Express and overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Shipping rates are priced for the continental USA only and do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or some APO. International shipping is not available unless noted.

We are happy to accept returns on almost all products we sell. Items must be returned in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days of arrival for New items and within 7 days of arrival for Used & Vintage items. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs on returns, both outgoing and return shipping costs. This includes items with free shipping, which will be refunded in full, minus any actual outgoing shipping charges which were not charged to the customer at the time of the original sale. Refunds may take up to 3 days to process, due to inspection and evaluation. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (owner's manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.) and show no signs of wear or use, or will be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, speakers, tubes, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, harmonicas, etc.) are not returnable.
