Shipping Policy
I ship via Fedex Ground insured with Signature Confirmation, typically within 24 hours of payment receipt Monday thru Thursday. If payment is received early enough on Friday, I'll make every effort to ship same-day, otherwise your item will ship Monday. Tracking number is always provided promptly upon shipment.
Note that I do not currently ship outside of the continental US at this time. This includes AK, HI, or PR. If there is a piece of gear you Really want or need and you're not in the Continental US, please contact me and I'll help you to the best of my ability.

New Items
Returnable within 3 days of delivery.
Restocking Fee: 15%
Used & Vintage Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We must charge a 15% restocking fee plus shipping both directions for satisfaction returns on all items sold as new and sealed. Examples of satisfaction returns include, 'we decided to go another direction', 'it was too powerful for what I need', and 'this sounds too much like another instrument I already own.'
No restocking fee for used sales, but buyer is responsible for shipping charges both directions.
