Shipping Policy
We ship with tracking to the listed regions. We ship almost all items UPS Ground, and very small items via USPS. Items with higher values may have signature required. We pack almost every sale the same day it was paid for unless it was purchased on Sunday or a holiday, and try to be as thorough and quick as humanly possible. Buyer pays shipping on returns. Shipping costs are not subject to refund in a buyer initiated return. Items purchased with free shipping that get returned on a buyer requested return will have our original shipping cost deducted from the final refund amount. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations such as overseas, please send us a message. We do not accept returns on international shipments, absolutely no exceptions.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Some items, especially higher value items may be subject to a restocking fee as they can lose significant value when being restocked and resold as used items. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Buyer requested returns that were originally shipped free will be subject to a reduction of our actual shipping costs upon final refund. The item must be in the original condition it was in when shipped from Tulsa Guitar Company upon return. Buyer assumes all responsibility for items that get lost or damaged in return transit. As long as the returned goods are in the correct condition, the item will be refunded in a timely manner.
