General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
The Buyer agrees they have watched the full video tour and read the whole listing to understand the condition of the guitar prior to purchase. Payment is due within 24 hours or else the sale will be cancelled. If you need longer than this, please let me know in your offer/after you've agreed to purchase the item.
A Professional Set Up is Recommended for all guitars I sell.
If you have questions, please ask me before the sale. Should there be an error on my part, please let me know within 3 business days so I can correct the situation. Purchases made with Affirm are subject to a 3 day approval period per Affirm's Rules.
In the event of a return, the buyer will NOT be refunded the ACTUAL shipping charges and will be responsible for return shipping. For example, Guitar Cost $500 and $30 to ship. You will be refunded $470 and be responsible for return shipping costs.
I reserve the right for up to a 15% restocking fee - though I will only exercise this right if the buyer has damaged/changed the item or has had the item for longer than a normal return period (7 days.)
