Our items are ready to ship when listed, and are subject to a one-day handling policy. We take pride in "fast shipping" to better serve our buyers.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
5 day return policy, only on items clearly not matching the description of the item listed. If the item arrives with damage unrelated to shipping, our shop will strive to make it right with the customer. If a customer simply does not agree that the item is as good as described, our shop will strive to make the customer satisfied, up to and including a return for full refund, judged solely on an individual basis. We want satisfied customers, but also need to protect our shop from losses due to "buyers remorse".
