Total Music Source (TMS) was started in 2001 by Fred Hussong in Cape Coral, Florida. By offering quality musical instruments and accessories at affordable prices. We are still family owned and welcomed Chris and Kim Hussong into the organization in 2013 making this a second generation family business. Most products are shipped within 24 hours. Our staff includes a variety of knowledgeable musicians. Our goal is to have happy, satisfied customers and we will do anything to make your buying experience a pleasant one. We are constantly striving to find the best products at the best price for you and specialize in the hard to find products such as left handed instruments, accordions, harps and bodhrans to mention a few. We also now sell pro-audio as well as guitars, banjos, mandolins, ukuleles, drums, keyboards, amps, and musical accessories. Free shipping on all of our products to the lower 48 states.
All USA shipments are generally processed and shipped the same day or next day after payment is received. Normal shipping service for packages 2 lbs or less is USPS Mail while larger packages are shipped UPS Ground, we can ship air if needed. Please contact us for a quote. International shipments and APO/FPO may take longer to process due to the extra paperwork for customs and hand delivering the packages to the proper shipper when necessary. Please Note: due to weekends, holidays and vacations (yes we do take some time off once in a while) there are a few times a year that we cannot keep this schedule. If you absolutely must have an item by a certain date, please contact us first before buying or purchasing.
Any address with an apartment number, or any order with a value of $400 or more will have a direct signature, please refer to the return policy if you cannot retrieve your package.

Conditions particulières
Returns (except software): We do accept returns if you change your mind about an item or ordered a wrong item. Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise to be returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc. The product's original factory seal must be intact. Total Music Source reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in salable condition. Returns are to be freight prepaid back to Total Music Source. If your item was purchased with FREE shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Freight and handling are not refundable. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be applied to all orders returned outside the return period and or items not returned in new condition. Please contact us first before returning any merchandise for approval. See exception for software below.
Warranty (except software): Unless stated otherwise in the auction, all products are new and are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Although it is rare, if you do find that you need assistance, all warranty and technical issues must be directed to the manufacturer, not to Total Music Source. We will gladly assist you in obtaining the necessary contact information if needed. If a product is defective, it must be returned to the manufacturer.
