We build custom electric guitars and hand-wired tube amps, and sell vintage and used gear. We’ve been doing this since 1999. Our owner is a guitar aficionado as well as a professional designer. And he’s a real doctor! With a PhD in engineering.
We are part of the local guitar community of Fender, Taylor and Kiesel. We are inspired by the genius of Leo Fender, the build quality of Kiesel and the production innovations and environmental stewardship of Taylor Guitars.
Shipping Policy
We don't just pack and ship. We include a free multi-point inspection and setup to make sure your guitar is playing and sounding wonderful when you get it. This process takes time, especially if we have several guitars in the queue. Please let us know if you need your item quickly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We typically ship guitars, basses and amps via UPS and small items via USPS. Shipping prices shown in our listings include shipping charges and fees, insurance, cost of packing materials, and our time to pack up and drop off. If you are local, we are happy to offer you a local pickup and we will of course waive our shipping fee.
Returns and Canceled Orders: We are a small business and can’t afford to offer free returns like the big guys. There is a lot of time, effort and cost involved with processing your order, pulling your guitar from inventory, setting it up, packing and shipping it. Please make sure you want the guitar before you commit to buy. If we agree to a return or agree to cancel your order, you will be responsible for shipping costs (both ways) and a restocking fee to cover our time.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
