Shipping Policy

Once payment clears, we retrieve your guitar from storage and do our professional setup to make sure your guitar is playing and sounding its best. This could take from one to three days depending on our workload. We don't like to rush this process. Once the setup is done, we will pack and drop at UPS within one business day.

For small items and international locations, we typically ship via the US Post Office.

Price shown as "shipping" includes actual shipping costs, Reverb "safe shipping" insurance, and it also covers packing materials and time for us to pack and get to UPS. We use heavy duty guitar shipping boxes, bubble wrap and padding, and we pack well to make sure your guitar arrives safely.

If you buy a case or gig bag, we ship your guitar inside of it. There is no extra shipping cost for the case.

We do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your new instrument. We take pride in our honest and transparent process and we treat our clients the way we would want to be treated. If you have any questions, please ask before purchase.

As most of our guitars are used and vintage, they will have normal wear. If you are looking for a flawless museum piece, you may want to either buy a new guitar, or buy a used one in person, so you can see it first to confirm it is to your liking. We do not accept returns on guitars based on minor wear or flaws which are normal for a used instrument.

We want to avoid returns, as packing and shipping a guitar across the country for nothing is a huge waste of our time and yours. Please ask any and all questions before purchase so there are no surprises. Thank you.
