You need to have a custom electric guitar re-imagined by me, Tony Cochran. I am the nationally syndicated cartoonist of the comic strip "Agnes", & I am an artist & luthier. My guitars are fully functional & play great & my passion to create. My guitars are all one of a kind & I never copy my work. Why should I - there’s more to do. I will only make 300 & I work alone. These are my leather wrapped, metal clad beauties. I have riveted, nailed, and screwed them into a new past. Rumor Has It . . . there's a new history and story for each guitar ... add yours!
Shipping Policy
Customer pays all shipping charges unless negotiated. International shipments may incur additional charges by the customer. FedEx is default shipper in the continental United States. UPS is default for Canada and DHL is default for international shipping.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
A 48 hour customer approval period is allowed unless otherwise noted. If the customer is not satisfied with the guitar, he / she must contact TonyCochranGuitars within 48 hours of the time of receipt. The customer is required to pay all return freight charges unless the product was damaged during shipping and insurance was applied. Products then returned with the original guitar, packing materials, and in the same condition as shipped when purchased will be issued a refund or exchange, as agreed upon by TonyCochranGuitars and the purchaser. Returns are subject to a 10% processing fee and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and handling costs.
