Shipping Policy
For international sales, Timpano-percussion does not collect any import taxes and/or duties. However, your government might impose some taxes and/or duties on products shipped from Canada, regarding to the country of origin where the products are made in. Please verify (in advance) what these duties might entail with your local government.

New Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
New items have a 7 day return period for in store credit. No refunds on scores, instructional books or DVDs. No returns on used items. No refunds on any items that have been tampered or without original packing materials. The original freight charge to get the product to the customer will be deducted from the refund and return freight costs are paid by customer. Prior authorization required by a Timpano-percussion employee.
Timpano-percussion reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipping fees are too expensive.
In the case of a warranty return, the customer is responsible for any charges associated with getting the item back to Timpano-percussion as well as the fees for shipping the replacement item.
