We are a keyboard / synthesizer specialist store, dealing with professional musical equipment including electric pianos, combo organs, analog and digital synthesizers, drum machines, sequencers, effect processors and pedals, eurorack modular, and more.
All used and vintage instruments will be thoroughly tested and refurbished by us before shipping.

Weekdays from 11 AM to 7 PM EST
Saturdays usually from 12 PM to 6 PM EST

Shipping Policy
Free shipping will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground for orders within the continental US.
Tracking number will be included with shipping.
Please note that if you would like to request a specific carrier or service, the shipping cost for your order may change.
If you would like to specifically opt in or out of Reverb Safe Shipping or signature requirement for your order, please ask.
Reverb Safe Shipping will automatically require a signature upon delivery.
Reverb shipping protection may be included automatically for the following.
1. Vintage or particularly fragile items
2. Abnormally shaped and/or sized shipments
We are not responsible for lost packages; it is the buyer's responsibility to provide the appropriate and accurate shipping details, as well as any decisions made for shipping. Any issues caused by the carrier would be beyond our control. In such cases, please contact your carrier for assistance. If you opted in for Reverb Safe Shipping, please let us and/or Reverb know of your situation ASAP for protection and assistance.
If your shipping destination is not within the continental United States, we may need to find out how much shipping will cost for you.
Please note that Reverb.com handles any VAT, import taxes, etc. on your shipment as needed by your country.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition as originally sold to qualify for a full refund, excluding any shipping or transaction fees.
All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included.
Any item returned in a damaged, altered, or incomplete condition may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% or more, or may be disqualified from refund eligibility entirely.
Returns are inspected upon receipt, and refunds will be adjusted accordingly based on condition and completeness.
Items that have been registered to a user account (e.g., software or licenses) cannot be refunded in full.
We recommend repacking returned items carefully to ensure the maximum amount we can refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
