Shop Policies

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS after cleared payment. A signature will be required on deliveries. If you will not be home then have it sent to work. All orders are packed in a professional manner by our experienced staff. Tracking numbers will be provided. International sales will become the buyer's responsibility after the order clears customs. We do not pay any import tariffs or duty fees. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to the amount we spend on shipping the product to you. Guitars will ship at a cost of $50 domestically. At actual cost on international orders. Amps and other items will be listed. If you have any special shipping needs please ask before you purchase.

International Buyers! Take note that we will only be able to track your order to the point it leaves the United States. Once it leaves the USA we will not be responsible for delivery. Please understand the risk once it enters your country will be yours.

Note: Mesa-Boogie and Wampler products are only available for shipping within the U.S., buyers must be U.S. residents.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

If you have a question on a used item please call and ask us. We changed our policy to no returns after too many people abused the right. Be cool, communicate and we can work with you. Easy. All sales on used items are final! Returns are accepted within seven days for all new goods (unless otherwise noted). Please be aware, we do not accept returns from international shipments. We only ship to the address associated with your payment account. Make sure these are the same. Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs unless otherwise negotiated by sales staff. We are not responsible for typos in listings. Our shipping costs will be deducted from any return. Before returning any item, customer must call for a return authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer's expense. Returned items bought with credit card or Paypal will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Pre-orders and special orders are non-refundable.
