Shipping Policy

The Guitar Store has over 20 years of professional experience in shipping musical equipment. Each and every order is packed with the customer in mind. We ship all orders via USPS or UPS after payment has cleared. If you will not be home during normal delivery hours, we do recommend that you have it sent to your place of work or another safe address. We require signatures on all overs over $250 unless otherwise discussed via Reverb Messages. All orders are packed in a professional manner by our experienced staff. Tracking numbers will be provided and automatically uploaded within this timeframe. We are not responsible for any import tariffs or duty fees that may be imposed. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to the amount we spend on shipping the product to you. If you have any special shipping needs please ask before you purchase.

International Buyers! Take note that we will only be able to track your order to the point it leaves the United States. Once it leaves the USA we will not be responsible for delivery. Please understand the risk once it enters your country will be yours.

General Terms

Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Refunds

Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Special Conditions

If you have a question on a used item please call and ask us. We changed our policy to no returns after too many people abused the right. Be cool, communicate and we can work with you. Easy. All sales on used or clearance/demo items are final! We will represent them as they are. Returns are accepted within 14 days for all new goods (unless otherwise noted). Please be aware, we do not accept returns from international shipments. We only ship to the address associated with your payment account. Make sure these are the same. Customer pays all shipping & insurance costs unless otherwise negotiated by sales staff. We are not responsible for typos in listings. Our shipping costs will be deducted from any return. Before returning any item, customer must call for a return authorization. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they left the store. Unauthorized returns will be refused & returned at customer's expense. Returned items bought with credit card or Paypal will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Pre-orders and special orders are non-refundable.
