This includes, but is not limited to, import duties, VAT, and any other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. Shipping prices are for urban and easy to reach rural areas. Pre-Ordered Guitars - Please review our store policy on Pre-Ordering, Custom Built Guitars.
Hand Crafted, Custom built, pre-ordered guitars are made specifically for you. They are not kept in inventory and as such, once you place your order, these items can only be cancelled within 7 days of placing your order with a full refund. After 7 days they are not cancellable or returnable.

When you Pre-Order a guitar from The Guitar Boutique, they are not kept in inventory and could take days weeks or months to arrive in our shop. As such, once you place a Pre-Order, these items can only be cancelled with a full refund within 7 days of placing your order. Cancellations after this period will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Shipping & Delivery Time are estimated shipping times and are provided as a guideline. They are subject to change based on supplier availability, shipping delays, and other external factors. Please note that I cannot control these factors. Tracking numbers will be provided to you once your order ships.

Returns - New Items could be returned within seven days of delivery. Provided the product is returned in original condition and is complete with all the original accessories and packaging.
Restocking fee of 20% on all items returned after seven days of delivery.
