Upon receipt of payment all items will be shipped in a timely manner. Shipments will go out within one day of purchase. Shipping fees will be noted per item and can be negotiated.

All new items must be returned in NEW condition, within 7 days of receiving the item. Any used items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item, and must be returned in the condition in which they were described. We won't always charge a restocking fee, but if the item is not returned in the same condition, it may be subject to the restocking fee, or ineligible to return. All returns are subject to a final inspection, once the item has been received by The Upper Bout. The buyer will pay for all return shipping.
