General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Damaged in Transit and therefore Defective ( We ship ONLY fully functional items )
We do insure every item therefore we will NOT accept returns for damaged in transit items.
We will be happy to open an insurance claim in behalf of the buyer and arrange for a refund to be issued directly to him.
It will also be a buyer's responsibility to provide pictures of the damaged items and hold on all shipping boxes packing material and, obviously on the damaged items.
Buyer has NO AUTHORITY to open, modify, temper and attempt any repair by either himself OR any serviced provider until the purchased item is covered by our warranty. Any tempering, modification and attempted repair made during the warranty period, WILL VOID ANY WARRANTY and the buyer WILL NO MORE QUALIFY for any RETURNS AND REFUNDS.
