Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, with the exception of a few countries. The carriers we use include UPS and USPS. Freight quotes are based on actual carrier and method.
Most items are eligible for combined shipping if the orders are placed one right after another. The excess S & H would be issued after the orders have been processed for shipment. Some items that cannot be combined due to packaging size and safety are: a neck and body, a neck and pickguard and a neck and gig bag.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
You may return any Reverb item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. You should expect to receive your refund within 3 business days of the item being received back at The STRATosphere. Please initiate a refund from your purchase page, then repackage the item securely in the same packaging it arrived in. Kindly include your name, original Reverb order # and reason for return with your package and mail to:
