Shipping Policy

I will ship with tracking to the listed regions. To negotiate shipping rates to other locations, please send me a message. In most instances, I ship via FedEx pack 'n ship centers, where they will fully pack, insure, and guarantee their work. I have found this to be the best policy in 20+ years of dealing with selling and shipping instruments online worldwide. The shipping amounts listed here within any ad are mere placeholder best guesses based upon typical scenarios, but every sale is a case by case scenario. I will not over charge you, and I will not undercharge myself. Buyer pays actual shipping amount, with receipt proof. Please note under under all circumstances at our discretion there is a 20% restocking fee for any items purchased where refund is requested prior to shipment, regardless of reason for refund from the customer. Especially in instances where the request to contact us *before purchase* to iron out shipping quotes is clearly stated in the ad. In short, if the ad states "please contact ahead of time to iron out shipping amounts", and instead the customer purchases the item, *then* we iron out shipping amounts, *then* customer changes mind because they don't like the shipping amounts and request a refund, there will be a 20% restocking fee. Any negative feedback left from customer due to disagreeing with any of the above or shopw-wide mentioned terms will not be tolerated, reported to reverb, and removed, so save us both the hassle. Please kindly keep in mind that as is the case with many, not all, but many Reverb Stores, you are dealing with a 1 person operation and not a retail / official shop location. We work as quickly as one individual can do, during normal human-business hours. We Thank you for your purchase, communication, and understanding.
