Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

1- You have NOT activated or authorized the software
2- You have ordered in less than 15 days
3- You have ordered a software NOT available for trial on the manufacturer website
4- You have NOT ordered a software pack/bundle
5- You have NOT ordered a special deal/promo
If you think that you qualify for a refund, please send us a message with your purchase ID & the reason why you want to be refunded.
