We offer free ground shipping in the USA lower 48 states. We offer free shipping for SOME items to AK, HI, PR and other US territories and possessions. Expedited shipping is also available, as well as international shipping for some items, please contact us for shipping rates.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 30 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We try to keep our return policy simple: you have 30 days for new items (14 days for Used, B stock, Refurb or Customer Return / ***SOFTWARE IS NON-REFUNDABLE***) from the delivery date to return an item to us. . If you just don't like it, you pay the shipping costs to send it back to us. We will also deduct our cost of shipping it to you from your refund. If the item is defective, we will send you a pre-paid label to return it and then re-ship you a replacement. All items claimed as defective are fully tested upon return to us.
All returned products must be in the manufacturer original packaging, and include the item as it came to you with any warranty cards, software or accessories. If you send the product back with missing parts or damaged we may assess a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
Software products can only be returned if the shrink-wrap is intact and software un-opened. If the software is not shrink wrapped from the manufacturer then the software seal and the software packaging must not have been opened.
For health reasons items such as headphones, microphones, earbuds, hand held recorders or similar items used in or near your mouth or ears are NOT returnable unless unopened.
It should be expected that there may be some cosmetic flaws on all Used, B stock, Demo or Refurbished gear. All this type of gear is fully tested and in 100% working condition unless otherwise noted and serial numbers are recorded before items leave our store.
