First and foremost I've been a touring musician for over ten years, gear is essential to me (duh!) and I LOVE buying, trying things out and reselling them.
I also have a degree in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on quality control. Why do I bring that up? Because I am taking the same quality-focused approach from that profession and using it right here, on my Reverb Shop. This is my promise to you:

- Everything you see here is exactly as photographed and as described. Once it is listed for sale, I discontinue its use.
- I document exactly when I receive an item and how it performs upon delivery. Before sending it to its new home, I test it again and document it on a quality control sheet.
- Fast and responsible shipping.
- Even after all these precautions, if you receive something not as described, I will gladly take it back.
