Our store is closing definitely by the end of the summer 2018, maybe sooner. All prices are cut down at cost or under cost. All sales, online or in store (by appointment only) are final and all instruments are sold "as is".

Please read carefully: check our reviews and you'll see we are honest and respectful people, if there's something clearly wrong with the instrument, we'll take care of it, but read carefully what "as is" means:

We're advertising the instruments to the best of our knowledge but do not forget we are a brick and mortar shop (and that's the main reason we're closing: we barely do online and never planned to, no sustainable these days): strings can show some slight wear, guitars can show very minor flaws (major flaws such as scratches, dings or known structural issues are disclosed and instruments priced lower in accordance) but the guitar are still new and never left the store. And because we're a boutique store, they never went through heavy playing like you see in big stores so they don't see signs of heavy wear. At worse, they would look like you had played it for a week.

Return and/or refunds (including partial refunds) will be agreed upon:

- if there is an obvious misrepresentation of the instrument in our listing, such as a structural issue (lifting bridge, uneven fret, loose braces, cracks, etc...) or a noticeable flaws (deep scratch or ding, finish crack, etc...)

- if we're informed in a timely manner, within three days of reception as defined by the carrier tracking system

We work on all the instruments before they ship, give them a good last cleaning, change the strings when they show oxidation or sign of heavy wear (at the price we offer now, we can't put brand new strings on all instruments), and still do a set up. Because the instruments are shipped and many time travel for several days in a truck, we can't guarantee that our set up will still be spot on when the instrument arrives. The instruments may need another set up and that can't be seen as an acceptable reason for return.

If you're in Los Angeles, please contact us to set an appointment (because of the unexpected level of online sales, we can't stay open on regular public hours) and give the guitars a try.

We do a full inspection of the instruments before shipping and if there's anything not described, we'll communicate with you and make sure you get what you paid for.
