All items I sell are from my personal collection or professional recording studio in Nashville,TN. I'm not a retail store or retail web store. Everything I sell has been flawlessly maintained and cared for.
Shipping Policy
I will ship with tracking to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments incur additional charges, which are not cheap. However, I have shipped over 50 vintage and boutique Amplifiers worldwide without complaint. I will find the best price and safest delivery method, as carrier pricing changes daily on international shipping. Please send a message for accurate shipping quotes from various carriers for you to choose from.

New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.

General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Returns are only accepted if the equipment is damaged in transit. I will NOT accept returns due to Buyers Remorse or some other fabricated tail. Photographic and or Video-graphic evidence will be required for review to confirm damage or other complaints.
I will handle carrier claims and arrange collection of defective item, if we can't resolve the issue. Tube powered amplifiers are sensitive to aggressive handling by carriers, I double pack for safe arrival and wrap all tubes separately, but even with that ,once in a while there can be a problem beyond my control, however, I give a 120% effort to rectify the situation.
Once the defective item is returned and verified, and that it is indeed defective and not buyers remorse I will issue a full credit-no hassle at all. Otherwise, there will be a 15% fee retained and any other expenses I incurred with the original purchase transaction. Any sabotage to the equipment to make defective or damaged will be reported to Reverb Management. After 22 years of selling I've seen and heard it all !!
