General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Products may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery; unless sold as-is. Our unique and comprehensive quality certification process allows us to stand behind every vintage and used instrument we sell with the utmost confidence. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery as we must evaluate all vintage and used returns on a case by case basis.
Every instrument receives a professional setup at our shop and requests for returns relating to basic adjustments will not be accepted; temperature and humidity fluctuate greatly during transportation and may affect stringed instruments. Items approved for return must be sent in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
Refunds for approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method less any shipping costs incurred by The Balladeer Ballroom, LLC. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
No returns on items sold as-is.
Also, we do not accept online purchases over $500 for customers without any feedback or negative feedback; all customers are welcome to visit the store in-person and pay cash.
