Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping: We ship within the United States only. Orders over $200 are shipped exclusively to home addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet this requirement. If you have special circumstances that prevent shipment to your home address, please contact us to discuss possible exceptions.
Packaging: All guitars, keyboards, and similar-sized items are shipped in the same sized box, which may appear excessively large for the item. However, we have carefully chosen this box size for this purpose, even if it is a little large for most electric guitars.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are negotiable before purchase, depending on your location within the United States. Please contact us to discuss potential adjustments.
International Orders: For international orders, please place them through our eBay store, which handles all international shipping for us. eBay's shipping rates are generally lower as they manage shipping label costs, and you can select your preferred service.
Shipping Carriers: All packages will be shipped via FedEx or USPS.
Damage Liability: We are not responsible for any damages caused by the delivery companies. If an item is packaged incorrectly, contact us within three days of receiving it.
Returns Policy: We do not accept returns on used electronics due to the potential for user error. Additionally, we do not accept returns on other used items if they are not the item you wanted.
Additional Information: If you need additional information or more photos about an item, please contact us before purchase. We are more than happy to accommodate any additional questions you may have. It is better to get all the information you need about the item before it arrives at your home.
Delivery Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions, such as where to leave the item or requiring a signature, please add that information to your order notes or contact us directly. We will add these instructions to the shipping label.
Tracking: You will be provided with a shipping tracking number. If you need the package held or if there are any issues with the shipping, please update the information on the FedEx or USPS website as we are unable to do that for you.
