Ted Brown Music is your family-owned full-service music store. Established in 1931, Ted Brown Music has grown to six locations in Washington state (Tacoma, Seattle, Silverdale, Puyallup, Yakima, and Richland) and a worldwide online presence.

Online Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 11AM-4PM PST. All orders are shipped Monday-Friday by 2PM PST.

SHIPPING:
Most orders completed before 1:00 PM PST Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after-hours or over the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
All orders will be shipped via the lowest-priced method/carrier. If you would like to upgrade to a faster method please contact Ted Brown Music for additional price and details. Once an item leaves our warehouse, the carrier accepts responsibility for the item's safety and delivery. Ted Brown Music does not accept responsibility for any damage that occurs during shipping. Customers are asked to please handle all shipping claims through the appropriate channels with the carrier.
Some orders will require a signature on delivery. If you have any requests regarding a signature or delivery location, please contact us immediately.

Condiciones especiales
Returns for NEW items may be offered within 30 days of the date the customer's order was received (Used/Vintage items must be returned within 14 days if they are eligible for return). Items must include all original packaging and be in the same condition as when the item was received (free TBM promotional items, such as stickers, pencils, candy, etc. are yours to keep).
Shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping of unwanted items. You may use any carrier of your choosing; all returns must be sent to the address listed below.
The item must be tested/inspected and all serial numbers must be verified (if applicable) before your refund can be completed.
NOTE: some microphones and headphones must be sent back to the manufacturer to verify the internal serial number before your order can be refunded.
Items may be subject to a restocking fee if the product appears to have been used or if parts/packaging are missing or damaged. Ted Brown Music reserves the right to refuse any return if it appears the item has been used, damaged, or tampered with.
NO RETURNS on CDs, DVDs, software, in-ear monitors, earplugs, reeds, harmonicas, vintage, or used items. B-stock and older products may be listed as “non-returnable." Please read the listing carefully before placing an order.
