Shipping Policy
We ship purchases within 2 business days with tracking to Canada and for eligible items the USA.
EXCEPTIONS:
Some provinces do not apply for free shipping including: Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and remote or rural communities. If you unsure, or have shipping questions, e-mail us at: [email protected]
A heavy or oversized item shipping charge may apply to some purchases. Tapestry Music reserves the right to charge shipping on heavy or oversized items. Ask us for details by emailing [email protected].
Some Maritime provinces may have an extra shipping charge. We will inform the customer prior to shipping if this is the case.
**If an item is out of stock, Tapestry Music will inform the customer of the approximate wait.
***USA & International: Customs and duty costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refused orders that are returned to Tapestry Music will be refunded less the original shipping cost of the item and any other costs that are occured.
