By default, items ship via USPS Priority to destinations within the United States or via USPS Priority International to destinations elsewhere. All outgoing shipments are insured for the full value of their contents and will be declared as merchandise.

We may, at our discretion, honor requests regarding customs documentation, on a case-by-case basis. However, in these cases, the shipment will not be insured and the buyer assumes all risk associated with lost, damaged, or confiscated packages.

In all cases, buyers outside of the United States are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the import, customs clearance, or final delivery of the shipment.

Within the United States, 2-day (or faster) shipping is available via USPS Priority Express. When applicable, this is presented as an option during checkout.

Depending on the particulars of an order, we might need or decide to ship using different rates or carriers. This is typically done at our expense, although in certain cases we may request additional payment for shipping. If this happens, the buyer will have the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund instead.

If you'd like us to ship using a different carrier, a different level of service, or using your personal carrier account, please let us know, and we'd be happy to accommodate you as best we can. We're able to ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and we can provide shipping rate quotes on request.
