Hello.
I mainly sell well-made products which are made, crafted or selected in Japan.
I am only an individual seller, but would like to make my endeavor for contributing well to Reverb community and giving you good experience of buying.
In that point, I NEVER do things below;
・selling pirated copies, stolen items or those in which it is suspected
・applying drop shipping and zero inventory system (i.e. listing items which I don't have stock in fact)
・displaying a certain item on several market places at the same time
When you look at my items, they are surely official products, stocked by myself and only for buyers on Reverb at that time. Enjoy your shopping!
Shipping Policy
●Please check the top page of the shop (under the banner) for the latest information on shipping and holiday notices.
●Shipping will have within 3 business days after your payment confirmed.
●Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes and any other additional charges. They could be collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, and you do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
●All buyers are deemed to have understood and agreed to the entire item description and policies upon completion of payment.
●I do check an item before shipment. In case I find some fatal problem in the item, I'll close this deal with making a full refund.
●For DOA (Dead on Arrival) / Claiming "Item not as Described":

If a buyer have opened an item upon arrival and it does not work properly, unfortunately it has been damaged in transportation. In this case, regardless of the appearance of the packaging, the carrier is essentially responsible as long as the damage can be proven. Therefore, the buyer should declare the damage to the carrier.

I take strict measures to deal with any actions such as falsely claiming that an item was originally defective, swapping or plundering item, or any other actions that are suspected of being such actions. Specifically, the following three actions fall under this category.
・Failure to follow my questions and instructions regarding the condition of the item and return of the item, or failure to reply to these messages within 3 days.
・Deny to report the damage to the shipping carrier. Or, failure to provide me with a full explanation of the shipping carrier's response to the report.
・Rushing me to move to the return or refund process.
In the event that any of these actions are confirmed, the refund amount is the original payment less any shipping costs, and return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
●I do not support a buyer about an item after 8 days of receipt. This includes the case that a buyer open a parcel for the first time more than 8 days after delivery.
●Refunds are only applicable to the item price, shipping charges, and taxes that are displayed when you make a payment at Reverb. Other fees(*), even if incurred for the transaction, are not eligible.
（*e.g. fees incurred when the buyer need to increase their PayPal balance to make a payment）
●When the item sent once has been returned to me and a buyer wants refund, I'll issue a refund less any shipping charges needed in my first shipment from the amount.
