System Music Warehouse’s mission is to provide end-to-end solutions for buying, renting, installing, teaching, operating, and servicing DJ, audio, and lighting equipment. Our many years of experience in live sound, in addition to our outstanding customer service, provide our clients with complete solutions for all their audio needs.
Our History
System Music Warehouse was established in 1994 by popular DJ and club promoter, Barry Boothe. Barry got his start as a DJ when he was just 15 years old, as the founding member of the TKO Sound Crew. Barry (TKO) began DJing school dances in the early 80s, before moving on to popular radio shows and packed nightclubs. By the end of the decade, TKO was a well-known brand in Toronto, making Barry one of the most prominent DJs and promoters on the club scene.
By the early 90s Barry focus had changed; he liked the idea of owning and operating his own business. After much research and brainstorming, he came up with the idea of opening a DJ store. With just the equipment from his garage, Barry opened System Music Warehouse on February 1, 1994, making it the first DJ store in Pickering. Barry’s vast experiences in DJing and sound have enabled System Music Warehouse to be the most knowledgeable and complete solution for its customers’ audio needs. Our exceptionally knowledgeable staff are DJs and producers themselves, and continue the high standards of customer service that Barry and System Music have established for over twenty years. General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
ITEM MJST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGE INCLUDING ALL RETURNS:
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return for a refund, exchange or store credit (less restocking fee & shipping) within 7 days of invoice date.
System Music Warehouse will accept returns for defective goods that you have ordered from us within 3 days of receipt for exchange only. All Returns must contain all associated packaging and materials (e.g. accessories, manuals, wires, etc).
Merchandise that is not returned in brand-new condition, including damages, abuse, marks, showing wear, or with missing packaging or accessories, may b refused and will be subject to additional charges.
Shipping and Handling charges (delivery and return) are non-refundable, including any shipping fees not directly incurred that are part of a free shipping promotion. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Any items packaged with software, including DJ Controllers, Audio Interfaces, etc., must be returned with the original software disc including serial number and proof of deactivation.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the following types of products: Customized, special order, used products, clearance products, expendable items, cartridges, replacement lamps/bulbs, tape, needles, cleaner kits, effect fluid or juice, software, gels, and music. These products are final sale.
Returns or exchanges for the following items will only be accepted if they are in factory sealed packaging due to hygienic reasons: headphones & microphones.
All returns made MUST be authorized in advance. Paper work will be sent to you via email. Your Return Authorization “RMA” form must be included in the box and your RMA number located on the waybill / packaging. Any returned items that arrive without prior approval or missing documentation may be rejected.
