Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.

Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt if damaged, or non working. All products are made on demand and PSU´s are 100% tested in our test gear. NO REFUND on working gear!
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
In case of item damaged due transport, buyer assumes responsibility to do a documentation with detailled pictures and has to send it back same way received as soon as possible. As soon as we received the damaged item, we´ll send out a replacement.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
