Shipping Policy
Bassmobile ships via USPS with tracking to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii,
International shipments may incur additional handling charges for shipping insurance, signature delivery confirmation, etc. Buyer is always responsible for paying all shipping charges, including S&H, VAT, Import Tax, etc.
USPS First Class Shipments are temporarily suspended to Australia. Not all items are available to customers in AU.
Australian buyers will unfortunately have to pay higher shipping rates until the USPS reverses course on this decision. We apologize for the added expense, but it is out of our hands.
Shipping Claims: Bassmobile will ensure that you receive your package. We take full responsibility of the package if it is lost or damaged during transit. Bassmobile will replace it or refund the transaction at our sole discretion. Once an item is marked delivered via electronic tracking, the responsibility to provide written proof of delivery exceptions will fall solely on the buyer. No Exceptions!

For the original purchaser, Synthesizer.repair warranties all of our new products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions, for the life of the product. Damage resulting from improper or abnormal use, abuse, accident, neglect or alteration, is not covered. Shipment to Synthesizer.repair for repair under warranty is for the customer's account, return shipment to customer will be at Synthesizer.repair expense. You should notify us before shipping a product to us for warranty repair. We offer the highest level of customer support to our customers. This item is guaranteed to arrive functionally flawless.
