We are a small business based out of Pataskala Ohio, focused on used and repaired instruments and effects. All repairs are done in house, allowing us to provide our customers with the most detail about the initial damage and process to which it was repaired. If you don't see what you are looking for in our listings, don't hesitate to reach out, as it simply may not be listed yet.
Shipping Policy
We try to get all shipments out within 24 hours, unless we are on the road. In the event we are on the road, we will contact buyers to notify them of the next available ship date. If that ship date does not work for you, we can refund the order. All items will be shipped with tracking through reverb.
- Guitars will be shipped with UPS (signature confirmation included on a case by case basis)
- Pedals will be shipped with USPS (signature confirmation included on a case by case basis)

If a guitar is being shipped to a PO box, shipping price will be higher. Please let us know ahead on time so that shipping can be adjusted.
Return Policy
New Items
Returnable within 14 days of delivery.
Used & Vintage Items
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
