SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
Shipping rates listed are for the “Lower 48” continental United States. Buyers outside the continental U.S. should contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.
We normally ship within one business day after receiving confirmation of payment.
Free in-person pickup is available upon request at our Topeka or Lawrence, Kansas stores.
Please note that many items cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes, so a physical address is always preferable.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
New Mesa/Boogie items are only available to residents of the United States who have a shipping address within the U.S.
We are happy to ship all other items to international buyers who have excellent feedback and ten or more successful transactions within the last year. Please don’t bid or purchase if you don’t meet these minimum requirements.
Buyers in Hawaii, Alaska, all other parts of the U.S. outside of the continental 48 states, and ALL international buyers must contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchase.
International customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. are not included in the purchase price or listed shipping fee. These additional charges, normally collected upon delivery, are the buyer's responsibility.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
To ensure that your package is delivered and received securely, we typically require a signature upon delivery for most items valued over $250.
If you feel this will present an inconvenience and prefer to receive your delivery without a signature requirement, please contact us as soon as possible prior to shipping.
