General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
We use Reverb Shipping Protection - Shipping damage will be claimed through that process which is easy and effective! Otherwise will assume responsibility for items received in a condition other than described within reason. Descriptions are made to help describe condition to the best of our abilities, yet certain aspects such as "tone" must be considered subjective and not debatable with any degree of certainty and for this reason we do not accept returns due to dislike of the sound of an item. Full refunds will not be issued to any items damaged or otherwise altered before being received by us upon return and will be dealt with case by case at our discretion.
Please note! We are a brick and mortar shop open Tuesday through Saturday - if you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday we will not be able to fulfill your item until The following Wednesday.
If you make an offer on an item on a Sunday or Monday we will not see your offer until Tuesday when it has likely already expired.
