Returnable within 2 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Special Conditions
Domestic Sales: Tracking numbers must be provided by the buyer upon return. Return shipment must be made via UPS and be insured for the full purchase amount. Return shipment via USPS is not accepted under any circumstance. If the buyer fails to adhere to this policy, then a 30% restocking fee will be applied once the guitar is received and the refund approved. This is not negotiable nor is there any leniency to this policy. All other approved returns will exclude the original shipping amount and any applicable processing or selling fees.
All amplifier, keyboard, and effects sales are final.
INTERNATIONAL: There are no returns on international sales, no exceptions. All customs, duties, import fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
