Stereo Lab is in the business of saving these cool, historic and awesome pieces to enjoy for years to come. Officially in business since 1970 , we find, buy, service and re-sell vintage gear. We love this stuff as much as you do and work hard to provide amazing pieces that work as expected and are ready to enjoy.
All sales are final, we will do our best to accurately describe the unit and point out any flaws. We do this for a living and have a store front in Columbus, Ohio. We are professionals and will do our best to provide accurate data regarding your piece. We will provide performance data on the piece and what has been done to it. We will not refund your money, nor take back the piece so please read carefully and feel free to contact us if you have questions. We use UPS, that is where our account is and that is the shipper we use. We pay UPS to pack your piece, that way they are responsible for mistakes that cause damage. All pieces will be insured and double boxed for safety.
Shipping Policy
Hello, thank you for considering a purchase from Stereo Lab. We use UPS to ship items in the continental U.S.A only. We will not ship to overseas buyers. Canada shoppers may request a shipping quote. We pay to have your piece professionally packed and we always double box when the original packaging is not available and will insure the piece for value. Let's talk about insurance, it is vital when shipping these large pieces. Shipping insurance is $4.00 per $100.00 so it can be quite pricey. When possible I have included insurance in the price of the piece. We will ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment. In other cases the piece is simply too large to ship, in that case, local pick up in Columbus, Ohio is the only option.
We work hard to offer quality used gear, we are honest and accurate with our descriptions. All gear has been tested, cleaned and serviced. I will provide performance statistics. Just to manage expectations, this stuff is old and components can fail at any time. It may not work as well in your home as it does in the shop on the bench. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Look at the photos and please feel free to ask lots of questions. We are busy, but promise to get back to you as soon as possible. Email is best, if you call leave a message and we will get back asap.
If we are aware of a major problem with the piece it will be explicitly noted and the price will reflect the condition of the piece.
If you have a problem with your piece and feel as though we dropped the ball on the description, please let us know as soon as possible and keep in mind, we want happy customers, be nice and we will be nice to you. Communication is key here, so if there is a problem, lets chat about it.
